On September 18, 2026, FB GROUP was honored to welcome the President of the Republic of Guinea-Bissau, General Horta Inta-A Na Man, and the Prime Minister, Ilídio Vieira Té, to Osvaldo Vieira International Airport in Bissau for a site visit.
During the visit, the delegation toured the Presidential Terminal, the runway and aprons, the ongoing construction works at the old terminal building, and the new passenger terminal. The FB GROUP team provided detailed information on the buildings and on the project as a whole.
Inaugurated on March 13, 2026, following its modernization and expansion by FB GROUP, Osvaldo Vieira International Airport is designed to serve up to 1 million passengers annually and is operated by FB GROUP under a 40-year concession.
