A franchise agreement was signed in December 2025 with Hilton for the development of HILTON and HILTON Garden Inn hotels , a flagship mixed-use project located in La Baie des Rois, Libreville.
The project will introduce internationally recognized hospitality standards to the area, supporting tourism, diplomacy, and business activities while reinforcing Libreville’s position as a growing regional destination.
The development will include two distinct hotel concepts:
HILTON Hotel
- 101 rooms (84 standard rooms, 16 suites, 1 presidential suite)
- 6 floors, including restaurant and mezzanine levels
- Ballroom and meeting rooms
- SPA & fitness facilities
- Outdoor pool
HILTON Garden Inn
- 116 rooms (102 standard rooms, 14 suites)
- 4 floors
The project is envisioned as a premium hospitality destination that responds to the increasing demand for international-standard accommodation in Gabon.
Through this collaboration with Hilton, the development will combine global brand standards with local context, contributing to the urban transformation of Libreville and enhancing its appeal for international visitors and investors.
